A Project Manager (PM) is appointed, and a project plan is prepared based on statutory codes, company quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001, customer needs and the planned investment. PM has full responsibility for all activities from initiation through to installation, commissioning at site and to the end of the warranty period. In addition to design and installation, we provide a range of specialist support, after sales annual (periodic and preventative) maintenance, upgrading and modification services.
Based on the type and size of project and with client’s approval, a part of the project may be carried out by subcontractors. Guard Master LLC ensures that the appointed subcontractors meet the requirements in all aspects of the project and provide important feedback on the progression according to schedule and Quality Plan.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC’s) cover all types of fixed Fire Protection and Detection Systems with quarterly routine planned visits. Our team is available to attend emergencies 24/7 for urgent repairs and carry out modifications or extensions to existing systems at short notice.
